About the Project
Since 2009 the international school program "Les Amis de Zippy" has been implemented in primary schools in Mauritius and Rodrigues and affects young children (5-7 years). The aim of this program is to help children adapt better and deal with everyday difficulties. It is composed of 24 sessions (6 modules: feelings, communication, establishing and ending relationships, resolving conflicts, changes and losses, and adapting) spread over a school year and animated on a weekly basis by the class teacher. Teachers are provided with training and will then be accredited to the Partnership for Children Organisation as facilitators of the program.
Zippy at Home
