Feeback from CSR Practitioners were:
Nothing has been written / defined so far about the Marshall Plan, and CSR practitioners are very worried.
Based on EAP experience, particularly in Anoshka, each involvement should be led by CSRs, not GoM; when needed the company involved should be able to access required services via NCSR team (CEB, CWA, etc).

Nicolas Ritter (PILS) shared the experience of the national platform on HIV/AIDS, its history and the conceot on the 3 ONES (one action framework, one coordinating authority and one monitoring and evaluation system).
Nicolas Ritter also shared the current preoccupation of the NGOs working on HIV/AIDS and drugs and their concen on the decision to stop methadone treatment.
